Marco Moriggi, Ph.D. (2003) Semitic Linguistics (Firenze), is Associate Professor in Semitic Philology at the Università di Catania. He has published on various Aramaic varieties, including Syriac. He is a former member of the Missione Archeologica Italiana a Hatra. Ilaria Bucci is a PhD student in Archaeology at Birkbeck, University of London. She has contributed to several publications on Parthian Iraq and Iran. She is a member of the Missione Archeologica Italiana a Hatra.
