Helen Johnson is a Barrister-at-Law, specialising in intellectual property and is a former member of the Board of Appeal at the Community Plant Variety Office in Angers, France where she served for two terms. She has contributed to a number of journal articles and book chapters in this area and is the author of A Guide to Trade Mark Law and Practice in Ireland (2011). She also lectures at the Law Society of Ireland, where she helped to design the post graduate courses on intellectual property and Trade Mark law, and she has recently lectured on an IP course for foreign lawyers run by the Central and European Law Initiative (CEELI) in Prague. |
